Stay by the beach in Brighton in a vintage inspired flat!

Bedroom available to rent by the night in my bright and cosy central Brighton basement flat

The beach is 2 minutes away

The flat has all the usuals, like a bathroom with a bath/shower, TV, digital radio, WIFI and washing machine.

The guest room has a TV, sofa, tea-making facilities, wi-fi, plug adapters, an iron, hairdryer etc

There is a 5ft bed in the room and you can also have a single airbed if you need - just ask and I will have that waiting for you.

Guests are welcome to have access to the kitchen if they let me know at booking that they would like that and a table and chairs can be put in the room if guests like to eat at a table. Again, do tell me if you'd like me to have that waiting for you.

The apartment is quiet and cosy, and there is a lovely park in the square right outside the front door.

The flat is two minutes' walk from the beach, and 15 minutes' walk from the main railway station and 10 minutes from central Brighton. It's also just five minutes in the opposite direction to a supermarket, a cinema, several bus stops, fish-and-chips restaurants, antique shops, galleries, clubs, and a million pubs - so, despite it being so quiet, the moment you open the door, you are in the heart of it all!

Brighton is a cosmopolitan, artistic, musical and dynamic city, with a fabulous mix of culture, history, seaside kitch, bohemian open-mindedness and continental cafĂ© culture.

It's the perfect base for exploring the south coast, London, and the south of England generally, and it is only twenty minutes from Gatwick, which is very handy for trips to France and the rest of Europe.
